Pressing of briquettes is the method of forming a rigid square
matrix with the filing of raw materials with the help of conical
rotary screw, creating enough pressure for sintering of raw materials
into a solid mass in the form of a continuous sleeve without adding
binders.
Sintering process occurs continuously at temperatures up to 300
degrees.
Pressing temperature is set by the operator depending on the humidity
of the raw material.
Trimming is done manually. Trimming is under customer’s request.
